I have learned a lot about myself. I have opened up about my trauma. I have built skills to combat my anxiety/depression. I have learned coping strategies to help me in dark times. I have processed much of my past. I have analyzed the present. I have set goals for the future. I feel stronger. I feel smarter. I feel like I am ready to move forward. I am a better person, and I am so grateful.
