Job Summary

Our thriving therapy practice seeks an energetic, self-disciplined, organized, effective problem-solver to support our team. Responsibilities include:

  • Explaining benefits, copays, and charges
  • Contacting insurance companies to rectify unprocessed claims in EMR
  • Inputting insurance and client payments in our EMR
  • Ensuring timely follow-up in obtaining missing/outdated billing and insurance documents
  • Creating, documenting progress, and completing tasks using digital project management software
  • Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel and/or Google Sheets
