Julia has helped me to overcome some of my fears. She has also helped with ways to stop panic attacks or to calm me down if I am having a panic attack. Julia has also helped with my stress management, how to deal with stress, and how to eliminate stress. She has overall helped me learn useful tools to use during stressful times, when I’m having a panic attach, and when I feel angry.
