Mary Sapola, MSW, LSW

Mary is a licensed social worker who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work at The University of Akron and her Master’s degree at Cleveland State University. Mary works with children, teens, adults, and parents. Within these populations, she has worked with individuals who have experienced managing a chronic illness, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

 

Mary firmly believes in providing an environment where clients feel safe sharing their feelings and experiences. Therapy offers the opportunity to grow within one’s self and assists in the understanding and improvement of relationship dynamics.

 

Mary utilizes aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, play therapy, art therapy, strengths-based perspective, and solution-focused therapy in her practice.

 

Mary enjoys hiking outdoors, traveling, arts and crafts, and quality time with friends and family in her free time.
