Lisa brings calm and compassion to her therapy sessions.  She emphatically believes that therapy is the best opportunity to safely explore feelings, focus on strengths, and learn new coping strategies.  She believes the ultimate goal of therapy is to help people grow so they can feel more confident and live fulfilling lives. Her approach is strength-based and incorporates aspects of cognitive behavior therapy and solution-focused therapy.

In her free time, Lisa likes to spend time with her family, practice Pilates, and take long walks with her dog.
