Haile Pollard-Durodola, MA, LCPC, NCC

Haile is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who received her Master’s degree from Adler University and Bachelor’s degree from DePaul University. Haile specializes in working with children, teens, young adults, and families.  

 

Haile is motivated to help clients empower themselves through a strength-based approach mainly utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Multisystemic Family Therapy, and client centered approaches. She is experienced in supporting clients and their families who have been through trauma, abusive relationships, who are experiencing depression, behavioral issues, academic problems, self- esteem, anxiety, problem sexual behavior, or cultural issues, discrimination, and racism.

 

Therapy can be a challenge at times when discussing difficult emotions or experiences. Haile strives to provide a safe space for clients to help them feel heard, accepted, and empowered. Haile will work with clients and their families to reach their goals whether it be personal, within the home and family, school, or community.

 

Haile puts her passion and creativity in working with clients who enter into the therapeutic space. She is an empathic, invested, collaborative, and curious individual that strives to help those along their journey by helping them better understand themselves and their experiences. Haile will always collaborate between parents and family members to promote sustainability, support, and resilience.

 

When Haile isn’t at work, she loves to travel, spend time with family, exercise, or bake!
