Haile Pollard-Durodola, MA, LPC, NCC

Haile is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master’s degree from Adler University and Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Psychology from DePaul University. Haile has worked with youth, teens, young adults, and families in educational, community mental health, and private practice settings.

Haile is motivated to help clients empower themselves through a strength-based approach mainly pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Multisystemic. She is experienced in supporting clients and their families who have been through trauma, harmful relationships, or who are experiencing depression, behavioral issues, academic problems, self- esteem, anxiety, problem sexual behavior, or cultural issues.

Counseling can be a challenge at times when discussing difficult emotions or experiences. Haile strives to provide a safe space for clients to help them feel heard, accepted, and empowered. With this, Haile will work with clients and their families to reach their goals whether it be personal or within the home, school, or community settings.

Haile puts her passion and creativity in working with clients who enter into the therapeutic space. She is an empathic, invested, collaborative, and curious individual that strives to help those along their journey by helping them better understand themselves and their experiences. Haile will always collaborate between parents and family members to promote sustainability, support, and resilience.

When Haile isn’t at work, she loves to travel, spend time with family, exercise, or binge watch a new TV show on Netflix.
