Erin is a Northwestern University Master’s in Counseling practicum student who provides therapy for adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, maternal mental health concerns, and peri- and postpartum emotional wellness. She also supports clients navigating gender identity, sexuality, self-esteem, stress management, and family or interpersonal difficulties. Erin works with individuals, couples, and families.
Erin helps clients better understand how past experiences, relationships, and emotional patterns may influence their current thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships. She believes that developing insight and self-awareness can help clients create meaningful change, improve communication, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Erin creates a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while exploring difficult emotions and personal challenges. She incorporates humor, authenticity, and curiosity into her work while helping clients build emotional resilience, increase self-understanding, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward their personal goals and values.
